No, 41901 is not a typo. It's a special zip code that was demanded by Kyddingese residents. On the other hand, the error I do see is the fact that "Areyou Avenue" is missing the Ave. part. Nothing major, but postal workers are known to return mail that is missing the "Ave./St./Rd./Dr./Blvd. etc." part.
