App doesn't work

After completing a lesson on the app, the app just sits loading.
I have tried:
Force stopping the app.
Completing the update.
uninstall and installing.
logging out and logging in.
My phone OS is up to date.
I can use the website on my laptop.
not sure what else I can do or if this is a known fault thats currently being worked on.
