archives and recent games?
Sort:
download pgn downloads the game in pgn format.
Just what exactly is pgn? Use small words since I am not a techy.
It's a common format to save chess games or series of moves that you can later view with alot of programs like Arena for example.

if you delete it from your archive it is still in the main archive. also, no games are EVER deleted. you can subscribe at any time to access all of them.

I cannot find any of my live games from prior to October 2009. Do these games still exist in an archive somewhere?

My guess is that they are still in the database but the query has a hard limit on the number of records it returns.

Could someone explain to me the features of the "recent games" and "games archive". If I delete a game from recent games will it still be found in the master archive? Also, what does download PGN do?
