Are we allowed to make videos on games we play using the Game Review and post them online?

I wanted to make a video of a game I played using Hikaru Nakamura's voice as the commentary. There is no financial gain to be had from it. I would like to then upload it online. Is it copyrighted or is it seen as promotion for the site?

Wait a minute, looks like I won't be having a child named after Hikaru. When I went back to the Game Review it blocked me from hearing the one Game Review I should be allowed with a free account. If you want to hear it a second time, you got to pony up and get a membership.

Unfortunately if you go off it, it's ended - you can't do another, even if it's for the same game. It's a shame but you can always review the game again tomorrow.
