Hello guys, I have a question about the meaning of the timeout rule. If by the definition of the rules, my game below should have been awarded a win, because the position is such that the white can checkmate the black by a possible series of legal moves. Hope you can explain to me, thank you.
P/s: The game below was staged by my friend and me to answer questions about the timeout rule.

Chess.com, being based in the US, abides by USCF rules where that's deemed insufficient material because white cannot mate the black king without the help of the black pieces. This would be a win by FIDE rules since white can win with the help of black. Lichess uses the FIDE rules so this would be counted as a win on their site. Hope this helps.
