auto-resignation glitch on his side that made me lose unfairly

I was gonna win points from flagging cause he wasn’t making a move but his timer never ended, I have screenshots as proof. It just ended the auto resignation from his side but the game still kept going and his timer never hit , it just stayed on .1 or something like that for two whole minutes, essentially freezing the game cause it was his turn, and I couldn’t make a move, and his timer wasn’t ending the game for some reason. I am seeking justice here, cause I lost the points. Even though I had 4 minutes left and stayed on even after the timer should have ended, so I flagged and won. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated

Your description sounds like you were actually the one that got disconnected.

i considered that, but my connection bars were full, so it doesn't seem likely, to me at least, rather the screenshots I have show that his game timer didn't zero out for a whole 2 minutes, maybe even longer. Plus, even before the auto-resignation timer finished mid game, It still wouldn't resign the other guy. I'm not sure if that's what it looks like with bad connection, but it didn't seem exactly like the other cases presented by the virtual support assistant. (for some reason it's not attaching my screenshots here...)

The connection bars don't necessarily mean you were connected to the server. It's possible the client code wasn't updating correctly.

I'm pretty sure I found the game yesterday and it showed you didn't move for a significant amount of time after your opponent's last, which certainly indicates you were disconnected from the server process.

This is still clearly a bug, isn't it?And given the number of similar complaints, it's a pretty regular bug.

Certainly worth reporting.
