Automatic renewal of premium account

I had tried the free trial for 7 days and did not get a email to continue this service, although the service was continued for a year longer and had charged me 100 dollars. I've been told of a 30 day refund policy where I am still applicable for. Is there any support number I can call or email address to contact to help me with this issue? Thanks.

I've tried contacting the member support but there has just been an email telling me to wait until further email. Is this the only way to receive help on this subject?

Support has a lot of tickets and will get with you, though it may take a few days.

All this could be avoided if the site installed a automatic cancellation of these “ free trials “ so this is another example of the unnecessary work they cause, for both the recipient and the site .

The whole point of trials is to convert members to premium and let them try before buying. I have never heard of any free trial of any product that builds in an automatic cancelation.

Now, what would probably be a good customer service move would be an automatic message 24 hours before the charge is scheduled, with a notification of the upcoming charge and a link to either cancel or a link to the article about cancelation.

Because people forget to cancel, that's why credit card exists too.

Adobe CC doesn't require a credit card info.

Without a credit card people could create new accounts every 7 days and have permanent premium.

So I still haven't gotten a reply via email or message to my account. Is there a phone number I can call, or should I send another customer service request.

No number to call. If you haven't seen a response by midday Monday Pacific time, I'll directly contact one of the billing staff members.
