you can block someone by accessing this page: http://www.chess.com/home/privacy and typing their name exactly as it appears, into the "block memebr" box at the bottom of the page. (don't forget to hit the orange button when you're done)
I did not want to play again with a player due to his abusive behavior. He was insisting to play and every time I said no and cancelled the game. Then I was penalized. I think this is not fair. ¿How to manage this situation with chess.com? ¿Is there a way to avoid or report a player?
