Awaiting an answer why the Russian flag was banned on chess.com but not the Palestinian flag?

Can someone from support or administration explain the logic and thought process that goes into banning the Russian flag but not banning the Palestinian flag? To be sure, I am against banning any flags as I think the chess community is a great place to play a game and interact with a geopolitical foe, and potentially make a connection. But, since chess.com has decided to make political statements (such as with the Russian flag) I am trying to understand how the Palestinian flag is still allowed after the atrocities of the past few days that were filmed and uploaded as trophies by the very terrorists doing them.  Not looking to get into a political discussion. Just trying to understand the chess.com logic and methods.

You can always open a ticket with support directly to ask. Forum posts are answered mostly by other members and moderators and as far as I'm aware nothing has been stated on anything other than the Russian flag.
