Ban Appeal - Hacked Account

Hi, I'm writing to appeal a ban from the Chess.com Discord server. My previous Discord account was hacked and the hacker used it to post inappropriate/adult content in the server. I had no control over this and as soon as I found out, I deleted the compromised account. I have now created a new Discord account and I would like to rejoin the Chess.com Discord server, but I am unable to do so, likely because of the ban associated with my old account or IP address. Unfortunately I no longer have the exact username of my old account since I deleted it, but I can confirm it was banned due to hacking and not any intentional wrongdoing on my part. My new Discord username is: .falafelo. I would really appreciate it if you could whitelist my new account so I can rejoin the server. I have since secured my new account with two-factor authentication to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your time and understanding.
