The board doesn´t load . The little board keeps going and says loading. The whole page is blured. Cán't watch or play. Nothing at all

That doesn't fit banning.

 

You might try clearing your cache and cookies, then try again. If that fails, switch to v3, if you are v2, or to v2 if you are on v3 to see if you can get into live. You can switch back after to see if it was just a glitch or if it follows the version.
