banned for fair play

Yes, I've read the terms and conditions and yes, I haven't broken them. Yet my account got banned for Fair Play (I'm 1900 in rapid). It says that I should've gotten an email at the gmail associated with my previous account, but I didn't (Its been 2 days since the ban). I sent an appeal to the chess.com team but I haven't got a response. Can someone help and tell me how to contact them?

It takes an average of 2-4 days to respond to an email so you could just wait patiently and moreover you cannot create an second account in chess.com without chesscom's permission you could apply for a second chance account make this account that you are posting with your second approved account

this is my friend's account, my point is that I was supposed to get an email right after the ban telling me I've been banned, but I didn't which seems weird to me

You really shouldn't be using your friends's account.

That said, a lot of staff were at a company meeting last week, so there may be a bit of a backlog for them to work through. It could take a few days to get caught up.
