banned for unfair play?

Hi, Tristan here, earlier today i was trying to find a chess game and was told that i have been banned for unfair play. As far as i know, i have not quit any game unless someone else has been using my account. how do i get it reactivated? if this is not possible, will i have to set up a new account?

TristanRitchie, what you encountered is the Fair Play Policy. If you stall during games, disconnect intentionally, or abort your games often, your account will be flagged a bit each time and eventually you will have to wait 5 minutes between games. Sometimes if you are playing on a mobile device through a browser rather than the app, this can happen too. I've reset the restriction for you now, please let me know if I can help you figure out why this is happening.
