I was playing someone from India. They asked me, "what is breast". It was supposedly a female player, as she asked me if i was a man and then told me she was a women. I answered her question and was kicked. lol

Should I really be banned for answering the question? Or should she be banned for tricking me and thus winning the game.

lol too funny. However, whats not funny is now i cant play. And i dont feel that i have done anything wrong. When can i expect to be able to play again?

she asked me "what is breast?"

I replied "if you are asking what i think...breast is bXXbs"

I was then kicked from the game and now i cant start any new games. lol

Oh ok...umm...I think you probably should've just ignored it...but then again if you got banned w/o a warning, you probably said something bad beforehand too.

I just started this site last night and my chat usage has been minimal. I have not said anything other than good game, nice game, np, thanks, answered where i was from, asked someone where they were from, etc. I havnt done anything wrong and to assume I have previously is a bit unfair.

Where do I go or who do I talk to about undoing this? Or should I just never use chat again...

Chess is about out-thinking your opponents. S/he out thought you and won, sounds fair to me.

In truth however you are at fault for breaking the rules not her for tricking you. Same with all online and real world interactions. I typically just don't use the chat at all.

Lol Yes she did. But it was an honest mistake...not like i was out there beig vulgar. And, yes, once im allowed to play again I will be disabling chat. I was merely using humor with my posts as I found it funny. But I do find it to be a bit unfair. A warning would have been nice.

So, as for the original question...when can i expect to be able to play again?

I think you get a warning the first time you ever break chat rules. I believe it doesn't put your comment through and puts up a sentence about following the rules of receiving disciplinary action.

Sounds a little weird.. Must be #5?

But that means this girl reported you..?! Damn that's a nasty trick!

There is no filter I believe for bad 'key words'..  I've seen a Goathf*cker in ''Open Discussion Forum'' talk about he wanted to see the West ''homosexuals and lesbiens killed''..  He was not banned.

So hard to imagine you got banned for using b**by..

Anyway, good luck

There is definetly an automatic detector in live game chat.

Like i said, i started playing on this site last night. I have barely used the chat and havnt typed anything in it that would merit a warning let alone recived a warning.

I just would like to know when i can be allowed to play again...was the reason for posting in "help and support". I am bored now...definitely could use some help and support lol

Well you didn't think typing b**bs (I figure I should censor that now) would be against chat either. I'm guessing you typed in something else that you didn't think would be bad enough in some game so that when you typed this in it kicked you out.

Interesting. I am automatically being viewed as a "habitual offendor".  If answering where I am from in the US and saying good game and cool beans is worthy of being kicked then i suppose I am guilty...

really?

Can anyone answer my question?

Sorry, didn't realize it was another person who is being punished for doing absolutely nothing wrong. So many of those in the world and yet I keep forgetting that is probably the case.

Best of luck.

Why the aggression and attitude? And no, answering his/her question wasnt wrong imho. If i were just up and talking about bXXbs for no reason sure. I was under the impression I was helping someone with their english. Is that so wrong, however naive it may have been?

Whats your problem?

Thank you, Frederik.

I am "unkicked" now. Thanks again, Frederik, for actually appreciating the humor of the situation and not pre-judging me merely because I was kicked for using bad judgement.

I don`t think you were banned automatically for the word isn`t rude itself. I have a friend from Australia and he says something is boob (boob tea, boob lunch ...) when he wants to show he doesn`t like it for it is of low quality. A boob means a prison and I heard it (with this meaning) in the U.K. too.

Breast is the tastiest piece of a chicken dinner.  Glad I could clear that up.
