The easiest way to do this is to:
1. select a message
2. Message -> Block sender.
3. At the pop-up: "Are you sure you want to block email from: xyz?" - click on "OK"

When you open the email client in Explorer, it looks like this ...
1. Click on a message to highlight it.
2. It opens in the message display pane.
3. Single left click on Message on the command tool bar. Then right click. Then choose Block Sender.
This opens a pop-up with the name of the message sender hardwired into the message. All you have to do is click OK (or Cancel).
