I feel like a party-pooper to point this out, but offering unlocks or achievements in exchange for member points will result in spam. 
That's the main reason why there is no rewards at the moment...
i think those things should be in the hands of the owners
that rating system would be very odd for a forum like this and alsofriends will give eachothers spam thumbs up, thumbs down for people you dislike or maybe even people you lost to by own mistake, i think the staff should if they want to give away rewards they should give the points away, a good blog or articles witha lot of views good comments froma lot of different peoples should get points a member thats always helpfull and such shuld give points etc,
