Being unable to play vs bots

if anyone had same problem and solved it it would mean a lot to me. Basically i enter a match vs bot (any bot) and if im black he just doesnt play any move and thats it, if im white i play first move and then again same he doesnt respond and thats it, stays like that. I did reach out to chess support they just said they dont know. Thanks to everyone reading and those that maybe could help in advance.

If you're on Android, the app has to be on internal storage, not an SD card to work.
