big problem

I played on an other computer on firefox chess live and it worked well but now i play on an other computer on firefox and it wont show me the window with chess pieces,it shows me onley a white screen there and than the chess games and the chat. please help

try hitting control+F5 when on the page...

have you tried changing which pieces you use in your settings? have you done a browser cache flush? are you using a mobile ISP? also, can you see this test image:
