Big rating changes?

Why is my rating changing/fluctuating so wildly?  Games that would have been +/- 8 are now adding or subtracting much more than that.  I do not have a new provisional rating.  And I just noticed this while losing many in a row, very tired, late at night…. So it’s frustrating since this seems to be a very recent change.  Instead of tilting and losing 50 points before bed, I’ve lost nearly 250.  What’s going on??

Looks like a bug. Staff are looking into it.

So glad you have a well rounded life Taurho8 and that you can just shrug off meaningless rating points for your anonymous online account. Other people may have been so upset they'd complain about it openly and stress over the points, but fortunately you have better things going for you than to cry about points and to be rude to people who beat you without trying. Oh nevermind...blocked until you are a challenge and learn some manners. Done with giving free lessons kiddo.
