Hello,

My account upgraded without my knowledge , i would like to cancel my membership, but it is payment is applied to my account which is not acceptable.

Let me know , how to get the amount back.

If you cancel via the appropriate methods and request a refund, when allowed, you will get it. Just cancelling a premium membership doesn't trigger a refund and officially, refunds are only available in the 30-day after purchase.
