So, i opened a chess.com account from Turkey without any VPN and subscribed for diamond membership. It is 288 TL but the cost has taken from me as RUB exhanged into USD like i opened my account in RUSSİA! Briefly i paid 85 USD which is equal to 589 TL. What is this? I'm very frustrated.

You should open a ticket with support. Only they will be able to assist you. Be sure to choose the billing option

$85 US equivalent is cheaper than the $99 US price.

Wow, once upon a time i had problem with my username and they replied me in a couple of days. Now i sent them 3 messages and canceled my membership. After 5 days they replied me today, refund is done also they gave me 30 days prem. membership. That's amazing! Thank you chess.com support!

With the pandemic, ticket loads have increased. They added more staff but it is still taking longer than normal to get to many tickets.
