Billing problem and support is not responding to my messages

Does anyone know if there is an alternative way of contacting their support team? Do they read the forums?

I started a free trial and should have automatically remained an upgraded account after being charged. However, I was charged, but my account was now downgraded to standard.

The only way to contact their support team is through messages in their support site but they haven't responded after 3 days. I don't expect an immediate response, but 3 days is too long especially since their service just took my money in exchange of nothing.
