Sure, I cleared it in 2015.

There were eight rows of squares north of White's pieces. I had to scroll down in order to find my pieces. This happened twice--closing the browser and then reopening and returning to chess.com did not fix it on the first try. I repeated the close/open routine and things were back to normal.
This bug came between wins, David.

It happened again, and then resulted in this nonsense:
