The game information tab says “Game drawn by repetition”. The final position was repeated on moves 59, 61, 63.

I your last draw, you were white and only had a king and the best outcome you could get was a draw. Your opponent ran out time so it was a draw as you don't have sufficient material to mate.
I just played a game where my opponent achieved a draw without achieving a draw. See for yourself. It was my king and queen vs his lone king. It was not a stalemate. It was not repeated position. It was not timeout. It was not the 50 move rule. No draw was offered or accepted by me. My opponent was the last to move. I had 16 seconds left, he simply moved his king, and then the game was over. This is possibly a bug, or abuse. The only thing I can think is that maybe I was leaning over my keyboard and pressed an accept draw keyboard hotkey with my body, and didn't notice the offer???
