Sounds like you haven't downloaded the mobile app. Try again and make sure you actually download the app.

Hi, I can log into chess.com with my blackberry 8300 series, and see tables, pictures, graphs, etc.. The board, on the other hand, only partially loads in gray and white, with no pieces. I notice the Mobile Chess page says if I point my phone to http://chess.com/mobile, it will download an application, but I don't believe that actually happened - I don't see an app on my phone desktop. My phone "About" says it is Java enabled.Any thoughts?
