Hi, usually whenever someone curses me i block them and report, and well, it seems that reporting is meaningless considering nothing is ever done.
I guess I'm asking whether there is someone to send a complaint to? because i cant manage to find anything.
It might be pointless because it seems to me that no one on this site really cares about it.
