I didn't had premium. My bro and me uses the same PC so he opened an account as well but they closed it immediatly because they thought it was my alt. I couldn't get answer since November lol

Martin, you should use this exact answer more...a LOT more.

He uses exactly this answer when it's appropriate. It's not his fault that people would rather imagine conspiracies against them than accept that Martin is almost certainly right.

who said anything about conspiracies, numb nuts? we will have to disagree on his general abilities. he, like you, seems to believe he knows an awful lot more than he actually does.

He's had interactions with staff and been here long enough to have built up a few relationships with them. He has an insight into Chess.com's practices and procedures and personalities. I've not seen one instance where he's had a bad take or even an unreasonable one. He rarely engages in personal insults, and even then only in the mildest of ways. He actually helps people rather than sit on the sidelines flinging feces. I know which one is really the monkey.

It looks like some scam... you give card info and they take your money, but with additional polite steps. I can t complain about polite behaviour but result is like scam.

I just got an "unable to login error RP13" message. Have never cheated and have never been warned by the site for anything related like stalling/aborting..etc. Luckily support got back to me in like 12 minutes (shocked) and they say it can happen if you use a common area like a Cafe or school..etc, but I got the message at home on mobile data. Account is working fine with wifi right now (so obviously it isn't my account that's the problem, must be ip range or something).

I do have a premium membership which I cancelled but is still good until the end of the year, maybe they prioritize those? Don't know.

I don t know... I bought yearly premium and I get ban next day grin.png and I am not alone... If they think that they exhaust me with this ignoring, they are wrong grin.png They just bought very active person, who has time 5minutes a day to do "good advertisment" grin.png

sorry, i have a similar problem whit an old account whit a monthly premium membership, banned for have much more then 2 accounts, because i didn’t know that and it’s my fault to not reading that before. so i don’t want the money back for the days when i can’t used , i have a new acc whit a new mail etc… but i can’t buy a new membership on the new accounts because it’s say “already bought” but obviously i don’t have it anymore. i want only the possibility to access at other membership. thx in advance for the answer!

You should contact support using the Help option in the menu.
