Board and Pieces not showing

How am I gonna play chess if I'm not seeing chess pieces and board? Using Chrome isn't working.

(I refreshed a lot of times and no difference)

I'm not aware of any issues.

What version of Chrome are you on? Have you tried Incognito mode?

my board shows up, altho the pieces dont and that only happens when i play variants like Spell Chess

No board or pieces are showing on either FFox or Chrome. Everything's been working fine until today, did anyone solve this issue? Taken off what could be taken off but nothing's working.

Yes, it's working as normal now - thank you very much.

Same for me... I was warned twice today and it's not fault of mine. Haven't changed my settings. These games should also show up in your game history. Puzzle game also didn't show up.

Chess.com please make sure that I am in good standing. I don't know when this issue will be resolved.

Meanwhile I am being blocked by "TheFinny7" as I tried to inform this player this was no fault of mine. The player will not learn this was not my fault! Chess.com please make this right.

Chess.com "Play", "Puzzles" & "Learn" do not work.

"Watch" feature does work.

If you're on Safari, try updating to the newest version. If you're on Chrome 137, try a different browser or the stable Chrome build.

Me too, for the blank field with no board, but otherwise the game starts. Safari Mac. Chrome worked though, so a problem with Safari version? Tried the recommended cache clearing etc on Safari but to no avail.

What's the Safari version where it's not working? I know there's a known bug and newer versions of Safari are not impacted

This should be fixed now for Safari, but you should still update to a newer version if possible.
