Changing my VPN location didn't resolve the issue for me.
At first I switched to the UK & found that it didn't work, but ultimately I was able to access my games by switching again to Singapore. Try hopping around a bit and see if that helps.

It's not all of NA, and seems to be in the East. I'm in the middle of the US and work fine.

The problem in the topic was solved a long time ago. If you're experiencing issues, it's a new issue.
You should first make sure your browser is up to date, try clearing your browser cache, and if that doesn't help, try a different browser.
Same issue. Tried manually navigating to chess.com/play/online and it's not working. East Coast NA. Seems like they'll jump on this given the number of users affected.
