Bot Crowns not showing

Hello I have encountered the issue where I play a bot, win and get three crowns but on the bot menu it wont show my three crowns. This has always worked in the past for other bots so I don't understand, why it suddenly doesn't work now.

Are you on app or are you on web?

For me, it still shows up except for "the circus" ones. But could just be a little bug and "the circus" are just a limited time event for bots so the crowns hopefully will be back at the next bots event.

I'm on web, and all the bots I've tried have had this issue, not just the circus

The bots were changed and you don't select crowns anymore. You're still allowed to get hints or take back moves, and if you do, that impacts the number of crowns possible.

You can also use the custom option to enable some assistance options, but if you do, you can only get one star.

That full change is available on the website l. The apps haven't been updated again to add back the other assistance options.

Stopped working for me as well. No hints, no move undo, all options (even Bot Chat) disabled. Still no crowns on a win.

Me too. No crowns showing for new bots beaten.. Only ones ive beaten in the past show.. Im trying to 3 crown all bots but now they dont even show when beating with no hints etc.. pls fixxxxxx

Just tested and I'm seeing the same in the monthly bots. Reported to staff

also having this issue, super annoying because i finally beat two difficult ones and im literally gonna have to use stockfish to get the crowns bc it was that hard lol
