bots are not loading

when i want to practice against bots but the bots dont load. very frustrating

windows 10, mozilla firefox. clear the cache regularly

when i logout Martin loads easily and i can play as guest. have you put a quota on me??

mon navigateur est Google chrome et il semble être â jour ( mais je n’arrive pas à trouver sa nouvelle version,

je n’utilise plus l’App de Chess Com, je l’ai supprimée récemment mais je ne me rappelle plus quand.
