Hello, I just bought a year of diamond membership, my intention was to buy 1 month of membership. Is there possible to get any help regardless this issue?

I had exactly the same problem as @Alwaid. I send a message to a page were you can ask for a refund. However, they are not answering my message. Does somebody now how long this can take?

The site changed the support tool since 2015 bit if you opened a ticket with support, it can take 2-3 days to get a response, though it may be sooner.

Be sure to check your junk/spam folders in case their response gets filtered.
