Broken support feature

Has anyone else noticed in the last few months that the following has become normality:

1. Support doesnt work on desktop anymore, only on the app.
2. The support rarely connects to an agent, even when you get to the final Connect To An Agent option.
3. Nothing is being done about cheaters, if you do actually manage to get an email back from an agent, they just offer you a month of free premium or a couple of points. I havnt seen a single account get banned for obvious 100% accuracy games in months.

Has someone bought the site and is running it into the ground? Have they put all their faith in AI that doesnt work? Can someone from the support team EMAIL ME BACK FOR GODS SAKE??

The reason for this is that someone harassed me in game chat, once disabled it was still viewable, and the guy was able to find me on my socials. I do not share screen names with my other socials, only the hidden email address. How he found this can only be due to a bug in the site. Useless Shaun from support said "oh you shouldnt be able to see the disabled chat, il flag that bug, how about a free month of premium?" after i had just told him a player had found me with credentials chess.com shouldnt have made public, and that I demanded a refund for the premium i bought a couple of weeks ago, since why would I want to pay for a broken service like this.

I often contact support here via the AI Agent, live support members reply in 5-7 days (and its not about the fist reply only, every next reply takes 5-7 days too), some players get banned after that, some do not

For some reason i cannot open a New Chat in support anymore. All i can do is go to "Messages" and see old conversations literally all have ended or go to the "Search" Option but there are obviously only the General Answers to main topics to see. Idk why that is the case but i obviosly cannot ask chess.com support Staff about it since, like i said i have no way or Option shown how to start a New chat with the AI or an Agent. I didn't spam support in a short time nor have i used it very often. Anyone have an idea why?

Are you talking about an option like "Contact a live support member"?

Yeah true, i can just view old support chats but not open a New one. The "contact support Option" isn't there on my App since a few weeks.

There is no such a direct option

I don't know how to describe it i meant the Option where you "contact support" and get connected to the AI bot first wasn't there for me anymore. But doesn't matter anymore since suddendly it is back again for me.
