Bug in Daily Game https://www.chess.com/game/daily/417711731 Unable to move

I have written directly to support  in regards to the following daily game:

It is currently my turn and the game (now in the endgame) appears only in the starting position.  I have opened the game  in several browsers with the same result.  On my android phone, it appears as a board without pieces.  I have not been able to make a move.  The game triggered vacation.  Vacation time has since elapsed.  At this time 4 hours are on the clock until time out.  Please advise.  Thank you.

I have the same problem, and with only one day of vacation remaining, it's highly likely that I'll lose on time in regards to my current winning position.

Staff are aware and working on the issue of Daily tournament games that started from a custom position not working.

after 11 hours and 48 minutes I'll lose on time and I cannot make a move in school

Contact support and they should be able to increase your vacation time.

I have the same in Daily custom tournaments. It started as a glitch where the analysis function was completely messed up. Currently it doesn't accept my moves.

Staff have some fixes being implemented and some games actually were fixed I believe but not all changes have been released.

It has been nearly a month and this problem has not been resolved.

I have no control over vacation time allotments and have just timed out of a completely different game: https://www.chess.com/game/daily/391700959 

At this point, I am being penalized for this unresolved issue.

Is there a way to adjourn this game without either the award of tournament points or rating changes?  Please advise.

The in-game analysis tabs is still messed up, but over the last couple of weeks I've had no problems making moves.
