Bug Report?

In the Help section there’s an article on how to report a bug, but the screenshots don’t match what I see on the updated version of the iOS app. I want to report a glitch; a game I should have won by timeout was drawn for insufficient material. I have supporting screenshots.

In my opinion, there was no bug or glitch in your game. Although you managed to win on time, BUT it looks like you didn't have enough material to secure a win [even if your opponent had more time]. Therefore, the game resulted in a draw.

However, could you please provide a link to your game or a screenshot? This will help the staff understand your issue better and provide a more accurate response.

Went through your games and can’t find which one you’re referring to all your draws look normal to me however if you find out how to report a bug let me know I’m trying to too

The article on bug reports is for the website.

That said, your most recent draw isn't a bug. You can only win on time if you have sufficient material for mate, based on the insufficient material rules the site uses.

In this particular situation, you only had a king and could never win the game. Your best outcome is a draw, which is what you get if your opponent runs out of time.

The same thing happens in officially rated over the board play in this situation.
