Bug report: Fair Play rating refund (iOS)

I would like to report a bug on iOS.
I apologise in advance if this is not the correct place to do it. If so I would appreciate if you can point me in the right direction.
I get refunded elo points now and then for having played against non Fair play users.
I noticed however that while my elo increased positively to 1306, the app still considers my highest rating to be 1279 as of 7.02.2021 (daily chess).
Additionally, I didn’t get an achievement for reaching 1300+ for the first time.
Last but not least, my loss number is still 4 games. If I have lost due to a cheater, shouldn’t that game be marked as a win or at least not marked as a loss?
I can provide screenshots if required by support.
Thank you!
Highest ratings do not reflect potential refunds, since the way refunds happen will never trigger the code that updates that part of the database.
Game results do not get changed.

Thanks for the comment!
Are you a staff member or are you sharing an opinion?
My logic here is that if I’ve played against a cheater and I am rewarded elo, then my other stats should be positively impacted as well.
It doesn’t seem fair to lose a winning streak to a cheater for example.
What is your logic?

I am not staff but have been told by staff that refunds are not reflected in stats at all, based on how they are done.
As to what is the logic, it likely comes down to going the easier route. Every closure likely touches a fairly large number of games, and reversing game results and other stats, likely isn't worth it.
They've only been doing point refunds for a few years.

Obviously I don’t know how the app is coded, but in theory, getting your stats recalculated shouldn’t be that more complex than getting elo back.
I imagine it that when they block a cheater’s account, they delete all of the games they’ve cheated on, so you are not getting extra elo, you’re just getting back what you may not have lost if the opponent wasn’t cheating.
I may be wrong though so it would be great if the support team can shed some light and let us know if this can be logged as bug.
A cheater was banned and I didn’t get my points refunded.
