I just lost a game of bullet. I moved instantly, almost every move. And after many moves my opponent thinks for 5-10 seconds, moves, and then _my_ time has been reduced by up to 10 seconds! Even premoves had that effect. I thought premoves would go on the server immediately regardless of any connect

Okay, now lost twice in a row watching my opponent’s clock move toward abandonment when suddenly they win by my abandonment. I have video receipts, just not sure how to attach them.

Are you using the iOS app? If so, staff are aware and looking into it

You probably had a bad connection to the server therefore displaying uour opponent's moves late.

Version 4.7.17 of the app with a fix is in the process of rolling out.
