Hello, for over 2 years now there are a lot of time issues with chess.com , i play only the 1 minute bullet games, so timeissues are a real pain in the b@tt! I hope chess.com can solve it in the future, i’m playing for 10 years now and played over 90.000 games, but the irritation about the time issues are too big now, so i’ve decided to switch to another chess site. Wil come back once in a while to check if problems are solved. I hope it will get a priority (and i tried all the ‘solutions’ given already).
I wonder if the GM’s playing also have time issues🤔?

Location of the client in respect to the server is going to have a big impact. The site only allows a certain amount of lag, so if the route between your client and the site exceeds what's allowed, you'll potentially have issues.

Totally feel you @Obiw17, there are days (sometimes few in a row) that makes me feel like the game clock is crooked. Its sad, because this game is a way to relax for me, and every now and then (especially today) feels like this app is not good for my spiritual wellbeing. Rating -~250 in 2 days and losing to ppl rated way lower than me, with leftover time to spare. 15000 games this year and im starting to feel that im not gonna play my 20000th game.

I’m having the same issue lately. I’ll move immediately and still lose 6 seconds. I just lost on time with 2 seconds left on the clock. I think I’m done with minute games.
