I agree with you that the cheating has increased and also feel not much gets done about it, but I have played on both sites and chess.com is much much better. Hang in there !!!!!

- people are spamming insults in chat
- people clearly cheating with bots and wont get punished for thai
- blocking people doesnt help - they can spam rematch
- if reporting this this causes losing the match
- bullet games are like playing against opponents with increment because they lag over 20 seconds
