You don't have to download anything at all. Go into your game archive, fetch your game and click view. Click 'analyze in live'. You will be brought to the live server with an analysis board with the pgn ready to copy and paste to the left. The works in V2 at least.
Oh, I see V2 instructons above. Well, an extra copy of instructions don't harm.

'Analyze in live' works only for premium members on V2. Not sure about V3.
