I was recently gifted diamond membership by the legend, chess.com, themselves. But the problem is that I don't use this account as my main account, and my main account's username is Aditya16305. Can someone help me?

Hmm.  An interesting situation. You aren't allowed to have more than one account.

Hi!
I do own 2 accounts but I only use one. I got an email from chess.com yesterday, that they gifted me diamond membership for 30 days on this account. I've logged on to this account after getting an email, as the account is linked to that email address. I've also emailed chess.com support regarding this. Also just to clarify, I've logged into this account after approximately a year, I don't use these accounts simultaneously.

Thank you for your time!

@Aditya,

If you write into support with your request they should be able to help you out with the transfer of membership and then closure of the account you no longer use.

Thanks

What about streamers I see that use smurf accounts all the time? are they exempt from this rule because of their clout levels?

There are strict rules for streamers and speedrun accounts, and afaik people get rating points refunded if they play against a speedrun account

If you need help from support, you have to use the Help menu to contact support.

They don't generally read the forum.
