Jake...you posted two miutes ago with this problem. It has happened today for the first ime with me too. Might be a passing thing.

Seems like this problems has been ongoing for years on this website. I lost a game and now cannot connect at all to a new game. The rest of the site is fine. I'm glad I'm not a paid member of this website.
I have the same problem now. Can anybody tell me a solution?

Still going on in 2022, locked out of Play completely with "You have been disconnected" every time I load the page, instantly. So glad I paid $$$ for Diamond =/

Today (Oct. 20) in the 2/1 bullet arenas starting at 5:10 am and 3:10 pm respectively (EDT), after initially being able to play a couple of games, I was no longer matched to a new opponent. In both arenas, the chat board indicated that I was not alone with this problem. What happened?

Same problem, it started after I lost 10 games in a row and now it disconnects me when I try to start a game. Maybe some security measure to stop people from cheating or using bots, when logging out it works just fine so it's blocking the connection on purpose. It'd be nice if they at least made the game show a reason as to why it thinks you should be (temporarily) banned from playing online.
There is a problem with my connection. connection gets lost when I try to start a game. don't tell me it is because of slow internet because I play today morning with 10 times slower internet on mobile
