Cancel membership??

Is there any number I can contact with regards to cancelling my membership? I recently signed up to the months free trial of premium and it seems that (even though I’d thought I selected not to auto renew) I’m now subscribed to a year of diamond at £92 odd when I don’t want to be. Not very happy about this obviously and can’t seem to find any way to unsubscribe or any contact number to speak with admin about this? Any ideas?

I'm in the same boat, Lloyd. I was under the impression that it was a monthly fee, but apparently it's an annual fee. This wasn't clear at all.

Then contact support for a refund: https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new?ticket[custom1]=Billing
Heey, anyone who knows how I can cancel my premium membership?.... I enrolled for the free trial and ever since I've been trying to cancel and also contacting them but nothing has happened
All the above is why I never take up any 'free' offers.

If you want to cancel the auto renew you must click on the "account" tab found in settings. Then go to the membership or upgrade button. Once you are in that section there will be a button that says, "downgrade membership" click on that. Note, this will not get rid of your current subscription it will only prevent chess.com from auto-renewing your account. Hope this helps
