Are you serious Robk44? If so - every tournament I've entered was ridiculously understacked. Sure: 86 W, 2 L, 5 D, but look at the average player (1565) and then look at "my best" win (1956). In other words, I'm mostly getting paired with outright chess noobs. I've yet to completely play someone 2000+. There are some going on right now, but they're too few and very far between. Just no real competition in these online tournaments - so what?

File a ticket with Billing then.  Not saying staff doesn't read the forums, but where money is concerned, the direct approach is best.
