cancel premium membership

I would like to cancel my premium membership. I'd do it myself but when I try from my browser it takes me straight to the app. Within the app, it refuses to give me the option to cancel, just change it to a different paid option. It is important this be cancelled before renewal in a day because I'm broke and truly cannot afford this right now. If an admin could cancel that, I'd much appreciate it. Thanks.

Try using incognito/private mode on your browser. Another option is to load the desktop version.
If that doesn't work, you'll need to open a ticket but that may need to be quick enough.
