Cancel Subscription not possible

Hey,

I really hope anyone can help me with my problem. I wanted to cancel my subscription which i made on my phone with my google account. when i try to cancel it on the phone it tells me that no subscription is active. i see the sub here on the online website but get the message: your membership was set up through itunes app store. cancel it in your iOS device. Problem is that my apple account has a different chess account, which my wife is using with no subscription. i tried to add the google account to the apple account, so i cant cancel the subscription on the phone, but this doesnt work, as there is already an account on the apple account.

Anyone know what i can do?

But on a serious note, have you had a dig around the subscription page? There's a ton of buttons and maybe one of them will do it.

If the account is tied to Apple, you can only cancel on the Apple store.
