I have got an yesterday mail regarding that we will cancel your subscription and refund is on process. But today morning i got an mail from google play states that your subscription will be cancelled on oct 2,2018 and there is no refund. Kindly help me with this.

Hello guys. Sorry for writing here again, trying to speed up the case, but within 1.5 hours it will have been 3 business days (California time) since I raised my refund ticket. Hello, I cancelled my membership and I am within the 30-day money back guarantee period. However, it says that I have a credit for the whole amount. I would like a refund instead please. Thank you!

You can post them in the Site Feedback & Suggestions forum as well as use the "Make a Suggestion" interface that you can get to through the "Help" menu just above the site navigation -or part of the navigation menu if you have it showing on the left side of your screen.

Sir,  unfortunately i clicked upgrade my account. i thought it will ask for payment details but my card details are already saved in payment details. Automatically it order has been placed today (07/05/2018) . I want to cancel my subscription and I need those money back. It just happened without my knowledge. I kindly request you to help me overcome this and get my money back.
