Cannot Access E-mail

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I haven't been able to open my e-mail for a few days now. When I enter my e-mail address and password I keep getting the following message:

This page cannot be displayed

I understand that chess.com no longer provides new e-mail addresses however up until a few days ago I was able to open and retrieve my e-mails.

Any ideas, thanks.

Any suggestions on how to fix this, I'd like to retrieve my e-mails as I subscribe to a daily chess paper?

I also would be keen for an answer to this as soon as possible, i also cannot access my chess.com email, when i tried first in firefox i simply got a blank screen. so I tried in internet explorer and got an identical message to Holdemrulz above.

I've submitted a support ticket so hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.

As a premium member, you still have access to your mail through a pop3 client.  The web portal has been closed down which is why the email link doesn't work anymore.

Why did you close the portal? There's not many players on here that get to use the email, but the ones that have it, shouldn't have it taken away!

The best idea that I can suggest is http://mail2web.com/

I've just set up a gmail account with google and now able to import and retrieve my e-mails (from my chess.com e-mail address). Doesn't take long to set up and looks like it's working fine.

@HoldemRulzOK That's really good to know!  I had set it up through Windows Live, it was really easy.
