Cannot Access

About 24 hours ago, I discovered that I cannot access to:-

1) Online Chess. I have 15 games pending and it is my turn to respond ( reply by making my move). I am participating in some tournaments. I have only about two days ( maybe about 18 hours ) to respond or else my games would be registered as loss. When I click on, there was only an empty chess board without any chess pieces. Even the chat remarks on the right side column were missing.

2) Live Chess. I could access, and have games  with anyone worldwide. But, when I wanted to play back to analyse, I could not access. The same blank chess board I encountered at On line Chess, also appeared on Live Chess.

As recommended, I have installed latest Java(version 6 Update 26) and deleted the older version Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment6 upadte 3. The situation remained unchanged. I am really desperate, as time is running short. I need to get back to Online Chess.

Please help. I am not computer savvy. To anyone who could help to resolve my problem, " Many , many thanks ".

LOL fhwee, it's no problem. I have come to notice that 90% of the problems users face here can be solved with one of those steps, so I just posted it.

Staff is trying their best to help a lot of people here, and I'm sure you'd receieve an answer from them in a short time. When no one is able to respond, you can try checking out the Help & Support pages, there's a good chance you'd find a solution to your problem there:

IE9 is Internet Explorer 9. It's not yet fully supported by chess.com. Yes, you can use internet options to delete cookies, temp files etc.

I would suggest you to delete your email adress from your forum post, as it appears in google search, and spammers automatically collect those type of information.

Take care and have fun with chess.Smile
