Cannot add utube videos no more!!

I have used the same procedure as yesterday and just can't see the box in preview...

A number of people have asked me but I suppose they are afraid to ask officially...LOL!

then preview...

then edit..

(box appears)

then submit...

BUT ... not working today :((
